Well attended session which was nice, also a definite trend towards core exercises and only one exercise (floor sweepers) that I chose to avoid due to my rib (maybe should have opted out of some others too!!)

Rib felt a bit sore, but not significantly more than earlier in the day.

Slightly unfocused session (not my fault, but the organisers). Was going well during the all too brief drills section, before they dived headlong into a game and I managed to aggrevate my quad within literally seconds, so sensibly (read unbelievably!) retired from the session and spent a few minutes warming down properly and stretching (like I should at the end of every session).

Quad is obviously going to be a problem if I don't rest it (much like my rib), however with term ending imminantly I think I will soldier on for the last sessions and to try and get at least some skills benefit, and not injure myself further at OUOC circuits!!

To Wooton via Cumnor Hill and return. Not intended as anything close to a workout, in fact just cycling to the start of a 2 hour walk I liked the look of, but on roads with hills and seemingly into a strong headwind both on the outward journey and then on the return a couple of hours later!!

Felt ok most of the session then my quad got tight and painful towards the end, should have retired at this point, instead was stupid and continued, probably means I can't train again for longer now, ho hum!

Painful session which was my own fault for trying to force my rib to do too much, eventually stopped doing any exercises which used my chest. Fairly stupid of me, still was a good session in many ways.

Team Shark skills day

Very windy, lots of throwing, good chance to realise that I don't have any skill.

Not really any particularly physical parts to the session except for some sprints towards the end where I managed to pull my quad slightly.

OW! Track session (Iffley)

Sprint training session, very hard work, not used to running on a track so ended with very painful shins/calves, decided to ease down towards the end of the session so as not to injure myself.

Session was a mixed bag but included lots of shuttle runs along the straight and a few intervals (sprints or frisbee related movements)

Conscious of injuring rib so took it fairly easy, didn't play in the main game at the end.

Enjoyable session, focusing on skills.

Knee feels ok at the moment.

Very good session, felt strong running.

Managed to fall badly right at the end of the session, may have broken a rib, ouch!!
