Went for a jog down by the reservoir, didn't feel so good but did more than I expected. Was in the heart rate zone 120-150bpm (which wasn't the one I intended to set it at!) for 25 minutes.

Short run in heart rate zone 125-165bpm for 30.30 minutes. Ran an extended square loop down by the reservoir. No ankle support used, still quite weak but not really painful.

Good race, had good concentration levels and contact with the map the whole way round. Could have been quicker but was feeling pretty fatigued from the rest of the week.

Quite focused, made one large mistake due to thinking I had gone further than I actually had. Also got lost in the green trying to find another control.

Made one huge mistake, lost on control 3, stuck on a hill with parallel features to the one I wanted but off the map, that spilt was 85.59. Rest of race I felt really focused and would have got a really good result.

Really struggled out there today, got lost in the green a couple of times. Reduced to walking by the end, pretty exhausted.

Felt pretty good going round, just a couple of big mistakes. Beat SGB and Chris W which was great.

Well my stupidity knows no end, felt a bit better this morning and no extra pain in my ankle so I decided to play football. Lots of kicking a ball and tackling cannot be good for my ankle but I survived. Felt a little sickly but that could have been as much due to dehydration from the intense heat at 12 noon.

This was a really stupid thing to do really. My ankle was feeling a lot better so I decided I needed to try it out in good time before the Czech tour. A loop round the nature reserve took an age, I felt awful, sick, faint. It was only supposed to be a light jog but I felt like passing out.

Felt really ill today, upset stomach, light headed, slightly out of it. was almost sick after taking a swig of coke, caused a total body reaction that went from my stomach to a pain in my head.

Went to the physio Kat recomended, turns out I just have a strain of the peroneal brevis at the 5th metatarsal, so luckily no ligament damage. This was sort of what I was expecting as my foot is beginning to feel a lot better. Hopefuly will go for a test run at the end of the week.
