OW! Training session
Suprisingly my right quad felt tight but ok, whereas the top of my left hamstring became quite sore. Should probably introduce a longer warm-up and stretching routine to keep these problem areas happy (although the OW! warm-up is generally quite good).
Managed to badly bruise my left hand trying to catch a low disc, so a session not without adverse affect.
Next I would like to get over some of these injuries and push my fitness forwards over the Christmas holidays, think I need to come up with a training schedule.
