Sprint race at St John's College. I never seem to have good runs here. Tough start with tricky nav, I didn't get into the map at all and ran like a headless chicken. Lucky not to have any bad mistakes. Didn't up the ante after the first few controls either, with legs feeling pretty tired. No urgency to my running and poor map contact saw me loosing a lot of time, particularly to the last control, where I missed seeing an uncrossable fence on the map.

Finished a disappointing 4th, 3 mins down on Michael and 2 on Jeremy. Tim was once again a few seconds ahead of me as well. A few dsq's, or I would have been even further down the field.
