Nina's Nogwaja Trail from Rustig in the Magaliesberg. Lovely route, with 3 ascent up the cliffs. Technical running below the cliffs on the path. Started steady and ended up running large sections with Susan S. Bit more open track towards the end around some fenced off fields where she pulled away. Finished about 15th.

New route on the re-opened Parkrun. More hills and notably slower than the old course. Also about 100m long at present.
