Before the flight back to Switzerland, I had a good training (and talking) session with Gerard Lee Jr.(finnish national team basketball player) and Andreas Romar(finnish national team alpine skier) at my sports school (in Helsinki called Märsky). The training: 15min warm up + 10min activations + 30min strength + 15min warm down.
