Track training with LC Uster. 1x1200m + tempo 1200(200m fast, 200m walking) + 3x400m accelerating. Felt pretty good, in one week going to hit the track for 800m competition, will see what that turns out to be.

When starting the track training, I noticed that there is an orienteering training going on around in the city of Uster, so I decided to go pick up a map and as warm down I run this sprint course.
