Lahti sprint relay 1st and 3rd leg
Surprisingly good feeling in the race. Before the start I was not sure if I could run at all, my hamstrings were like rocks. But after a good warm up and a few strides I noticed that running faster didn't hurt as much. First leg was actually really solid, only 30sec behind the lead. Third leg all alone tho so no energy to push hard, about 1min slower than the lead.
