Full HS-family relay training. 3 x 2,3k relay intervals. The first interval started with rock-paper-scissors, fun way to mix up the start. First interval I managed to get ahead for the first 2 controls. Then Olli caught me up and we went together until the end of the first interval. Starting the second interval with chase start, I started 15seconds behind Olli. Turns out he made a mistake to the first control and I was there with him so that was nice! But then...
Crossing the next path I had to stop running, again, my knee started aching badly and even walking was hard... No swelling, its just hot and hurts when moving.
