Some balancing especially on the right leg. Feels a bit sketchy as it was the first time doing this after walking with crutches but I think I'm getting somewhere here, slowly but firmly!

Starting to get on my leg and put some weight on it! Decent 10min v slow walking and then some balance.

Rolling with a foam roller and today I added rolling with a golf ball, something I used to do all the time lat year. It hurts like hell but feels great afterwards!

Today wore an ankle brace for the first time and I also took first steps without crutches or other help! My knee feels good and my ankle feels already much better. Maybe I can still turn this into something...

Getting my right leg opened up. It turned out that I have a really small muscle sprain in my shin so have to be careful but next week starting to walk without crutches(hopefully)!

So after spending two nights in the woods, we had a 12k march. I was doing fine until 4k in when I started feeling small pain in my right knee. At first it was fine and I thought I just wasn't used to walk for so long with the full battle gear on(estimated weight of 28kg). The pain kept getting stronger until 100m before the finish I couldn't put weight on it anymore.. I have sticks to walk with now and I have to keep my whole right leg in rest until it feels better... Hopefully it will be soon.
