Erin had lost his car keys already yesterday but could still start his car which meant the keys had to be in his car somewhere. We searched the whole car, threw his stuff out and still couldn't find it. After some serious searching, Tim spotted the key just under the trunk's hinge, LOL

Nice intervals with Tim and Emma. 4 x (2min/1min, 1min/1min, 30sec) and 3min rest time in between sets. Emma lead 3 sets and then we did one more with Tim. Felt so good running especially with the rain that started as we started the intervals! Training camps are so much fun!!!

Izsak training map 1:15 000: Started with a map walk with Tim, Kirsten and Emma. Had to run back to the car to tell Cam where we are and then ran back into the forest. Did some route choice testing with Emma and talked about it in advance. Seemed very effective!!
