Very good race until 8, downhill to 9 really killed my legs. I don't know how the others can run so fast in this rocky forest. Topi past me on 15th and there was nothing I could do to keep up with him. To 18 I should have gone around on the yellow to the right but went straight and lost over a minute more...

Physically such a good day today! Watch said I slept 99% last night and I could really feel that.

The course was very tehcnical and couldn't really push physically but I found a good flow in navigation most of the time. A mistake to 4(1min) and some to 6 and 8(30sec each).
