Starting to get on my leg and put some weight on it! Decent 10min v slow walking and then some balance.

Rolling with a foam roller and today I added rolling with a golf ball, something I used to do all the time lat year. It hurts like hell but feels great afterwards!
Today wore an ankle brace for the first time and I also took first steps without crutches or other help! My knee feels good and my ankle feels already much better. Maybe I can still turn this into something...
Some short basic strength: abs, deep abs, push ups and sides. This time shorter than planned cause somehow my upper body feels really sore from walking with the crutches...

Trying to open up everything that feels sore... Back, chest, side abs
Getting my right leg opened up. It turned out that I have a really small muscle sprain in my shin so have to be careful but next week starting to walk without crutches(hopefully)!
