Jukola relevant middle distance race about 5km from Jukola forest.
I was feeling good, back didn't hurt at all the start and ankle has felt stronger with all the ankle exercises.

Good start with okey flow through 1 and 2. Small mistake at 3 but then at 4 ran past it. When I came back to the control Topi Anjala(who started 2min behind me) caught me. My stupid mistake was to try to hang on to him even if I knew I'm not in shape. So I went with him for 2 legs but then was way too tired and that cost me some time later on... Then of course when I started getting tired my ankle started hurting again and from 10 on it was just me trying to get to the finish again.

Jukola is gonna be very hard physically as the terrain has a lot of obstacles on the ground. I know its gonna be the same for everybody and that Norway is gonna be similarly hard as well but I just don't like it.

Picking up controls from our club's regular Monday event. One control was misplaced so it took me a while to find it... Otherwise amazing sunset views over the lakes and just easy slow strolling :)
