Easy Craigmillar. Groin fairly noticeable. Not limping and pain only a 2/10 but first time it’s properly worried me. Will probably take a few days off and see what physio said. Hopefully only a week of shit training.

Big grindy boy today. Running with Dan tucked in behind me for a bit more than half of all the reps which pushed me on a bit. Bit fast on the 3.2k but felt nice and controlled. Shot off far too quick on the 2k going through 1km in 2:50, slowed it down quite a lot after. Put spikes on for the 1200m but they didn't feel particularly amazing as I was pretty burst. 600m was grim and slow but was happy to get it done. Good session. Hip/groin still niggly.

Easy seat lap and big meadows lap with Tom and Max. Felt flat to start but then quite good by the end. Ticking along at a nice pace.

Easy pre-breakfast hour round shortonhall with Max. Legs feel completely back to normal so ready to crack on with normal training now. Hip/groin area very tight for the whole run and been tight all of last week but not really got any worse so will carry on for now.
