Hauled out to the coast with the fam today so I got in some quick mileage out and back on the beach. Did 5 surges (2 min on, 1 min off) on my way back.

Trail work party- Hiked around 2 miles and lifted rocks and tools over the course of ~7 hours

Chill run at Lake Samm after driving down from the pass. My new shoes were killing my feet/shins/knee (like usual) so I didn't go super far or fast.

Trail around Lake Youngs, went hard on the uphills and moderately slow on the rest. First hill kinda killed me and I had multiple sideaches
