Left late, tryna manage my teammates/athletes (Yay Lib has a WIOL team! Kind of!, missed my start, no warm up.
Felt mentally and physically dead. Lack of sleep and plenty of stress doesn't bode well for my body. Toned it down and decided to have a perfect race as Bridle Trails is trails-only, but still made 3 mistakes. Multiple times where my body was tired and I almost walked.
