3-person relay at Wilburton. Treated this as my tempo for the weekend and tried to run hard, although I did get screwed up in a couple places and had to slow down. Def shoulda worn shoes w more traction

This was a real grind

200s workout - not actually 200s, coach blows the whistle and we sprint for 30s around the corner, then jog back across the field for 30s. 2 sets of 10. Goal is to make it to the same cone every time
