Loved the woods, my gut did not love me though and got to the point where I was stopping several times a minute because I physically couldn't run. Walked when I could, cut a lot of the course. Really screwed up the first part, stomach pain was detracting focus, but also I can't orienteer??

Tammany loop. Was pretty wiped on the way up, mentally it breaks me not to be running but logically I should realize that it's impossible to run all the way up that, and moreover much more efficient to walk the steepst parts
