Hit the trail right after work to run up to the top of Squak and back. Kinda dark and spooky in the woods when all I could hear was my own footsteps. Saw a bear and her cub right at the end

big ol' hikearoo with my dad up Rampart Ridge and to Alta. We stopped a lot and didn't get to do much running (which I was originally promised). Still fun to get out in my mountain playground!
