Started the run in such a good mood that I caught myself smiling at random things like the pavement and a compost pile. Spent the last 5 miles in major abdominal discomfort, constantly stopping to ease the pressure while simultaneously trying to run fast because it was getting dark and spooky

Gorgeous hike/run with my cousin and dad up by Baker! Avoided all the larrys taking the main trail on the way up and ran past them on the way down.
