First 60 minutes was quite solid around Yarra Bend Golf Club and included a 2 minutes surge every 5 or 6 minutes.
Probably should have been tired from getting up at 5am to watch the Soccer, but didn't feel too bad (probably because Australia made it through to the next round of the World Cup).
Returned home and ran for another 30 minutes along the Yarra and Darebin Parklands to pick up the car from the getting fixed.
Tempo run through some terrain from Darebin Parklands to Pujaba including some short hills. Felt a bit tired at the start from yesterday's long run, but got better as the run went on.
Up Merri Creek to Coburg Lake and return with finish over Rucker's Hill.
Felt strong in the second half, and am starting to feel better on the longer runs.

Blood and Thunder Gully Orienteering (OASA).
Ran course 1 (8km in 48mins) followed by course 4 (4km in 23 mins).
Very nice forest in parts, with some small rocks in parts. Mostly quite easy navigation.
Seconds place was over 10 mins behind, although Simon Uppill was not running due to exams.
