I still have a cough, but it is no longer the nasty type that I had on the weekend. I've also tried to drink lots to rehydrate my body.
Interestingly, I also noticed a little pain in the pelvic bone which has come back since my sickness. My injury in August also started after being sick. History tells me that I mustn't try to train until the pain settles down. This should also give me a bit more time to recover from my chest infection.
