Jogged a few laps of Gosh's Paddock very slowly.
Hamstring much better, but bit stiff in the right groin and hips.

"His wife is training better than him at the moment so why didn?t we get her to run? Pneumonia followed by a hammy twinge has resulted in a poor start to 2009. Training has been sporadic at best. Looked very ginger running the Ganly last week and will be a gamble. Despite these warnings his experience will get him through the day but it may not be that fast or enjoyable for ATB (or his teammates). When fit runs relays well and holds a course record at BH which should fall this time."
Easy jog around Fitzroy Gardens. Hamstring not sore, but I could still feel that it was not 100% yet. I'm just tyring to do a little more each day without having to go backwards in my recovery.
