Orienteering race 19:58 [5] **** 3.27 km (6:06 / km)

Orientshow Race 2
Sprained my right ankle near the end of loop 1, so the second loop was a bit slower.
Great fun course though.

Orienteering 21:42 [5] **** 4.09 km (5:18 / km)

Orientshow - Race 3
The best race of all. About 30 controls with 3 pivot points in super detailed runnable terrain.
An easy win after Toph took a loop out of order and had to go back.

Running warm up/down 16:52 intensity: (2 @0) + (5:43 @1) + (11:07 @2) 2.86 km (5:54 / km)
ahr:119 max:136

Running intervals 18:26 intensity: (6 @0) + (18 @1) + (1:08 @2) + (11:32 @3) + (5:22 @4) 3.73 km (4:57 / km)
ahr:137 max:163

Aborted Mona Fartlek.
I felt a bit of hip soreness as I increased the pace on the faster accelerations, so I backed off and jogged back.
I think I need a rest day for it to settle down.

Running 1:14:46 intensity: (53 @0) + (13:42 @1) + (54:51 @2) + (3:52 @3) + (1:24 @4) + (4 @5) 14.99 km (4:59 / km)
ahr:126 max:166

Dozer's Dock Run.
A annoying dull soreness in my left hip/buttock area for a lot of the run. I'll need to watch this over the coming days and back off if necessary.

Running intervals 51:29 intensity: (5 @0) + (13:55 @1) + (10:53 @2) + (7:59 @3) + (10:29 @4) + (8:08 @5) 9.69 km (5:19 / km)

8 x 800m at Olympic Park
starting every 4 minutes.
Reps in about 2:35 - 2:39, and just over 1:20 rest between each.
Good consistant running over a long session, behind the leading pack, but ahead of some stragglers.
My left hip soreness that I had developed over the last couple of days was not noticeable.

Running warm up/down 13:20 intensity: (4 @0) + (3:36 @1) + (7:29 @2) + (1:09 @3) + (14 @4) + (48 @5) 2.35 km (5:41 / km)

Running 1:39:13 intensity: (17 @0) + (29:29 @1) + (1:01:40 @2) + (6:52 @3) + (55 @4) 20.14 km (4:56 / km)
ahr:127 max:155

Long run along the Yarra Trails to Bridge Rd, and back on Yarra Boulevard.
6:30am start in pitch black so that I could be back home just after 8am.
I finished off with a few of the challenging hills in Kew, which tested me a bit. The run was quite slow to start with, especially in the dark, but I picked up the pace once I had woken up and could see where I was going.
