Running long 2:27:51 [2] 29.36 km (5:02 / km) +171m 4:54 / km

Long run with Blair.
He did mention that he was aiming for 2.5hrs, but I thought that there would be a drop off option around 2hrs. As it turned out, we headed upstream a long way and were still heading away from home until Macleod station at around 90 minutes.
From here we headed across to La Trobe uni and back down Darebin Creek.
I felt comfortable the whole way, with some good sections up some hills (although this probably reflected Blair falling back a bit more than anything special from me).
I got to the end in good shape and could have finished harder if really pushed.

The rest of the day wasn't easy as I then had to bowl Torren out 5 times, and then walk with the kids to return some library books
