Swimming intervals up Yarra St, Kew this morning.
It was very wet with puddles everywhere, and lots of leaf debris.
I ran 6 steep hills, of about 2 minutes each, and I tried to stay on my feet running down.

The river had burst its banks. Incredible that just 6 days ago I could see rocks on the river floor and thought that you may almost be able to wade from one side to the other. It seems to be about 5m higher now.

Park/Street Orienteering at Wattle Park
I was undecided at the start, but headed north west to leave a few options at the end. 3 controls in Deakin Uni looked difficult to get as there was an uncrossable fence on the most obvious route back. I was too busy planning ahead that I over-ran a control by 50m and lost the lead. 5 minutes later I made it up again. I think a few people took a path through the "uncrossable" fence, but it didn't make any difference to the result.
