Long run with some Midday Milers, most of whom are training for the Melbourne Marathon in October.
Eaglemont Tennis Club to Westerfolds Park and back. This was longer than usual, and it was a bit of a grind on the way back.
I'm now pretty tired after watching the Tour, and then a big run.
