I had heavy legs today, but they seemed better by the end of the recovery run. After all, that is the purpose of the recovery run.

Long run at Yarra Bend with Blair.
This was an easy paced run and I found the distance no problem. We bumped into Keith and his dog, Nicola and Tash and then Aaron Dodd at various points on the run.

This was followed by Anne's yummy pancakes while watching Yukola on the internet.
