A long run before Torren's football game.
3 x 5km on the undulating Yarra Boulevard.
I started to struggle a little on the hills in the third 5km, but I kept it under 4min/km.

Torren's Fitzroy U9 team continued their winning run, with a 13.6 84 to 1.0 6 win over Macleod. Torren kicked his first goal, and set up another with a pass to the goal square from the pocket. His coach praised him at half time for doing the team thing at ensuring a certain goal (although he told me later that he was actually going for goal and mis-kicked it!)
