Solid run, but nothing special. I didn't have a lot of speed in my legs today, especially dodging in and out of trees through the light green.
I lost a little time at 3 in the green, and ran from 16-7 by mistake, missing the faster track route.

For some reason my GPS track didn't record any waypoints.
