I had quite a good race, except for leg 15 where I lost 10 seconds. I didn't see the better route choice to the left until too late, and even then didn't execute my exit from 14 properly. I was watching my step on the steps leading into 14 and didn't read my map enough to plan leg 15, or check if I could get through the canopy.

My speed was good. I felt a little flat in the middle, but I pushed on strongly in the last km to take the win.
