My left foot was still annoying and took a while to settle down. Accordingly I did the reps at about 90%, but got better later in the session.

The good news is that my foot began to improve in the afternoon and seems to be much better after the harder run. It seems counter intuitive, but I also found that when I previously had this foot injury.

Note

Some bum opened our side gate and stole Mason's bike from our back yard overnight. Luckily they couldn't unlock my bike.
I thought I heard a noise at 11pm. I looked out the window but didn't see anything, so I assumed it was a cat.
Maybe I should have walked outside to check, but I don't think I would want to confront a thief anyway.
Or maybe I spooked them and this is why they only stole 1 bike and not all of them?

My boundary umpiring services were not required today. They YJFL supplied 2 field and 2 boundary umpires for an U13 game!
This was a short run after dropping the car off at Heidelberg Station so that Anne and Sophie could drive to the game and watch the last quarter.
