Just one small error on the approach to 9. I thought I crossed just above the minor water course as it had a control on it and was the only feature in the area. However, the control was on an unmarked track, and so my compass direction from that point to the control took me 100m too far north.

I may have lost around 1 minute here. This was the margin that I was away from running a 5min/km forest race, so otherwise it was a good fast run.
I was quite happy with my compass work on 4, 7 and 8. Sometimes the faster you run, the easier it is to keep your direction straight in this forest.
