I went in to the race with low expectations, as I have been battling a sore back and sore calf this week.

After getting into the map to #1, I tried to accelerate up the hill to #2, but my calf was already saying no. From that point on I had to jog the rest of the course and avoid any accelerations.

As a result I was clean, but not fast enough to challenge the leaders.
