Studley Parkrun
Started at 80% pace. I wanted to try a harder run, but nothing too hard that may tweak my calf again.
The rain started coming down, so it got slippery on the corners. On the return journey a few minutes later it was even worse.

My back was also feeling better today after quite an active afternoon yesterday.
