Parkville parkrun
I was intending to run with Mason, but he instructed me to run ahead, so I set myself a goal of 18 minutes.
This was my first hard session since being injured with calf and hamstring troubles throughout Oct, Nov, and Dec. Since then I have tried to build a solid base with nothing too fast.

A course



Given it was a warm evening, I wasn't taking this run too seriously, so I just enjoyed myself.
Quite a few map issues tonight, which made for an interesting run;
- tracks near 17 were out of place
- the shorter road to 12 looked like private property, so I kept out
- 18 was geo-placed on the wrong junction so did not exist
- several contours missing on the climb to 5
- OOB section south of 13 and 7 was shifted out of place

Also, with the creek crossing forbidden, I had to find a way of getting back near the start without accidently "punching" the finish control.

Still, it was a nice area to go for a run.
