H3 at Malmalling SW. Longest run since April 16. Thought I should probably stick to H4 but couldn't convince myself to stoop quite so low.
I was getting ready to head off when I noticed Rachel had a compass out with her map and SI card so thought maybe I should take one too. Made a comment to Rachel that I would have forgotten my compass if I hadn't seen hers and she said something about it being a bad place to forget your compass. Of course I then had no choice but to leave my compass behind anyway to prove I didn't really need it.
Had a reasonable run with a few little wobbles and felt very unfit. A little high on 2 but kind of knew I would be. Came right over the spur into 7 when I hadn't really meant to and then was a bit reluctant to go down as far as I needed to so a bit slow. Found an extra boulder at 9 and looped around a bit before finding the right one, lost maybe 45 seconds.
Heel was pretty good really, barely noticed it.

Little jog around Rosalie Park with a bit of looping around the trees in dark corner to use up time to the end of Liam's tennis lesson. Also did a few drills on the grass courts and a very slow jog home with Liam.
