well it has been a rubbish week.
2 week to go to when i need to be in top form and i get food poisoning or e-coli infection from a conference. 5 days of spytpoep and I lost 4 kgs and feel rubbished. Time to regroup and re-evaluate my goals here. i was hoping to be able to match nicks time in the sprint - but now i just don't want to come last. and as for the long event at WOC, not sure i can actually orienteer for 120 minutes, I haven't done that since last September. Time for a holiday in Norway i think...
