Another forced test day. Doing interviews all day and need to catch up some more sleep. Run planned for tomorrow. Then the infinity challenge on Saturday and orienteering on sunday. At least I can opt for the wednesday 3km time trial to recover from the weekend.

Conference to day - and only finished my presentation this morning at 1.30.
Just in Time might be a Japaneses Quality philosophy but it is not the best way to run your life.
not going to get a chance to exercise to day so it is a forced rest day.

recovery run to zoo lake and back. very hot and hard but great to be running.

disappointing run - 8 fastest splits for the course but too many mistakes in the circle.
not an ideal number 1 zig zagging across the map - messed up 6, circled the 8th control twice before seeing it and 9 was imo incorrectly placed so i lost minutes there too. then ran out of legs at the end for 27 and 28, loosing 4th place just by going slowly.
