fast run round the CSIR grounds.
building on the 3km form last week - tackled 4 km today and my right calf started taking a bit of strain. I think maybe another 3km run next week is needed before i start ramping up the mileage.
the monkey shoes worked well - and ran with music in my ears - seems to make me run faster.
1st km was slower, uphill and warming up, but then hit a nice rythem for the rest of the distance.

nice run with a gopro on my head. bounced around a lot, but reason to run fast in the majority of the run, but boy can it generate data! 4 gig in the 40 mins running. needs serious editing before publishing...
had a fast downhill km in the beginning, 2.51.

shoes: 5 fingers orange

pushed the girls round the score course in my newish 5 fingers.
was a fun time out, complete with stops for the crocodiles, zebra, rhino, sunscreen application and a couple more that i cannot remember right now...
