When i came in from my run I thought i had thrown my chances of a top 5 overall away but it turned out it actually wasn't too bad. Out on the hill I kept making mistakes around the controls which was quite annoying but i kept going and didn't lose too much time. From number 9 we started going downhill and after all the climb on the way up my ankle started to hurt a bit.
I just took it easy and at the end of the day i came 5th again thanks to my early start without all the hail and snow. Matthew won by 9 minutes and took the overall but i missed out on a championship time by 1 second. I probably shouldn't have though because matthew beat me by ten seconds on the run in so i guess i have learnt my lesson from that.
Overall i came 5th so i am happy with my JK
