Normal circuit down Church St. to Canal Path at Turk Hill then towpath to Perinton Park and home. Hadn't gotten out of the gym to run in a while.

Raced as well as could be expected. Black Creek is fairly level but the vegetation changes in a blink of an eye - sometimes to something you dont want to be in. Map was good and the new trail just added helped. Good things - I got a good start and was able to expand my first circle up into and area of five 20 pointers by taking a route across the swamp. Bad things - missed one of the five 20 pointers by moving too fast and not paying attention, then later in the course just passed by a 20 pointer about 150 yards from the trail w/o even noticing it on the map! And lastly I came back with over two minutes left and could have picked up one more 10 pointer near the start area. Managed to finish first by 10 points. Kameron competed as well, ran a fairly clean course, and pulled down 190 points w/o any big mistakes.
