had orienteering day or sumthin today.... did a good run.... nothing was hurting or anythin so it was good...

second run of the day... good run... leg hurt a bit....

felt like going for a run at 1pm cause the weather was nice so me and krystal ran down near the dump where the primary school bus goes and kept going up the track to the top of house mtn... like a continuous hill for ages and when i got to the top the track kept on going up and down and was probably flat for about 300m at the most... walked a bit of the hills... stopped and stretched after the first major hill as my calves were really tight and so were krystal. the side of my calf started getting the tingly feeling again at about 30mins. really fun run though... cause we were so high the breeze was nice and it was spitting alot of the way. me and krystal were talking the whole way it was good, really steady run. longest run ive ever done. took 38 mins to get up to the top and 29 mins to get back home.

clibbys training....focussing on compass bearings and distance estimation. distance estimation, some of the streamers were in the wrong spot. so i didnt really spike any of them. i felt good.

bridget got to lead us in a interval training work out. did 1 min,2,3,3,2,1 with 1min rest in between. felt good
