mtbo champs! it was too hilly in my opinion but then im a lazy shit...
also there was the mysterious case of the missing track.... about a km of track that was on the map wasnt there...
other than that it was pretty ok but im extremely sunburnt and my wrist hurts a lot now :(

3000m at regionals...ran like crap really bad coz i can run cross country 3k faster

1500m at regionals...came 2nd...but ran like crap again...almost 40 seconds off the qualifying time...

it was weird...it was like flat flat flat hill flat flat flat...
stuffed up the first 3 controls but the rest were ok...i ran pretty good felt ok the whole way. i can tell that my trainings making a difference which is good :)

was supposed to have mtbo today but after we drove 160km we find out its cancelled coz of the rain...and i got up early to go too...anways then we went to visit my cousins who live in meringandan (near toowoomba) and all up drove about 500km today and didnt do any training at all and i feel bad coz ive done like nothing this week

didnt feel like running so went for a ride, rode to indro went past my school then along and up to swann rd along swann rd down clarence rd across the bridge then rode around chelmer/tennyson/graceville/sherwood for a while then it was getting dark so i came home. im guessing it was about 35 km but i dont really know

feeling pretty good after intervals, so did 4 hill reps on my way home, 29, 27, 28, 27 seconds. i have a map which has the hill on it coz there was a thursday event in the aboretum the other week and i was going to put it on here but i cant find it. actually id just be interested to know how far the hill is and what the climb is coz ive been running up it for years and i have no idea...

orienteering at hemmant quarry...ran ok was the first girl so im pretty happy with that...pretty crap overall half the controls werent actually there and the control descriptions were all wrong and there were these little bugs that kept flying into my face but anyways

randomly decided to go for a run, was planning to do 6k but i gave up after 3 coz it was too hot and my legs were tired
