set myself a course on the sherwood map and ran it...not very fast and i accidently went through some pretty green stuff it was marked as white tho...and i found a track thats not on the map either...

club relays...dont know where my team came, but not very good... my hip was a bit twingy but it was ok once i got warmed up...that could be an idea...warm up before i run...

went to the physio coz my hip isn't getting any better...not allowed to do anything, even ride my bike for the next few days. have to go back on saturday to see how its going. he did tell me what was wrong but i forget. something about where my hip connects or something being misaligned when i stacked it, but hes popped it back in, but the muscles are injured from being pulled so yeah...

did ok...overshot the 1st control and stuffed up 3rd...

anyways overall it was pretty fun...im pissed off that i got sick coz i did so much training and stuff and now im all unfit again :(

sprint in york twas lots of fun! one stupid route choice, probably cost me about 30 seconds and 3 places... i think i couldve done it about 2 minutes faster if i wasnt getting over being sick. i came 11th, 7th australian (2nd qlder!) so yeah did ok

it was rainy and vachement cold...
i dnf after 5 controls coz i felt like shit... happened to be the furthest point away from the finish too...it took me 40 minutes to walk/jog back... probably shouldnt have even tried running but its so boring just watching...anyways hopefully ill be ok for the sprint on thursday...

started off by getting really sick the day after i got here, havent done anything except sleep yet...hopefully i'll be ok to run tomorrow...
