3 sets of 5 2 min reps with 30 sec between reps, 5 min between sets

20 min warmup/down/stretching

probs hardest training ive done in a long time. my legs were all wobbly for ages afterwards. and my pulse was ~204 (i counted for 10 seconds) when i finished the last rep.

dad convinced me to go for a ride with him and em even tho i went this morning but he didnt know that so i went anyway and it was ok except emily nearly killed me because she jammed on the brakes for no particular reason and i nearly hit her. i should probs pay more attention.... anyway we rode to the bridge and then back along the river.

went to my grandmas then shopping then to drop robyn in the city for her singing thing then i came home and slept cuz i was tired and then i made gingerbread for krystal but now shes probs not even going to clives tomorrow. so i didnt have any time to go running. because i cant go running by myself after 6. even though its not even dark. maybe when my dad comes home we will go for a bike ride.

first proper run in ages :D felt good even tho i felt like crap if that makes sense...probably not. but any way i had a really bad day and it was good to run off all the crappy stuff and i wasnt that far behind bridgy so yeh it was ok.

6 x 150m hill sprints...nearly killed me but at least i can run okish now. as long as i dont wear shoes...
i have been running for about 10 minutes every day but i didnt log it coz its not really training...just ankle strengthening.
