some distance estimation
started off doing some intervals but was too tired so i just ran back fairly slowly.

same as last week only on the other side of the road. (bush sprint basically)
i went first and put out the streamers.
was good for my confidence which has been pretty low lately.

same course again.
had ~2 minutes rest.
pretty happy with it, i only had to look at my map once or twice.

4 hill sprints, ran down the last bit of the hill. sprinted the last little bit of the last two. it was fun.

went for a random little jog because i was early.
warm up.

Orienteering 50:14 [3] 4.6 km (10:55 / km)

clibbys.
two loops of a 2.3km course.
first loop i did in 26.27
had a minute or so break while we were trying to remember what we were supposed to be doing next.
second loop in ~23.14
on the second loop i basically fell off a small cliff. it was kinda painful.

struggled to find the motivation to do anything.
pretty easy run, i went the flattest possible way.
i really need to start training properly again.
and probably going out less.

didnt mark the first control on my map so i was a bit confused at the first few controls about the numbers but i figured it. it was reaaaaaaaaaally hot and i was tired. anyways i dnf'd because i didnt get the first control..

yeh my mum is paranoid about me running in the dark...so i was just running up and down my street (so it was hills training really..) but i got really bored so i stopped..

trampoline intervals...

3 sets of 5 2 min reps with 30 sec between reps, 5 min between sets
