was in a shit mood because ive been shopping allllllllllllllll daaaaaaaaaay and i hate shopping and i still cant find a dress :( so i went to the gym and worked off some aggression..only it didnt really work so then i did intervals which did because now im too tired to care.

and my tummy is eating itself because theres no food in the house....aaargh.
its open day at my gym...there were people wandering around dressed as teacups and alice in wonderland and snow white...it was a bit disconcerting really...
today i am 76% healthy. as opposed to 53% yesterday. just roughly. yeh so i managed to eat today. which probs is why im not so tired......might go to the gym or something tomorrow, see how i'm feeling :)
i'm logging this as training because i'm pretty sure it was a decent cardio sesh...also my legs feel like i have a run a ridiculously long way. actually, everything hurts. stairs are very painful.
gym on the way home from work. pretty much destroyed my shoulder yesterday when i stacked it down some stairs, so that kinda limited what i could do. wandered by indro on the way home for some ridiculously cheap subway (i love knowing people).
i was just gonna go for a run because i still felt like crap after a crazy weekend, but adam forced me to go to the gym with him. probably so he could laugh at me, but it was good motivation anyway.
