was in a shit mood because ive been shopping allllllllllllllll daaaaaaaaaay and i hate shopping and i still cant find a dress :( so i went to the gym and worked off some aggression..only it didnt really work so then i did intervals which did because now im too tired to care.

intervals - easyish for 3min, hard for 2min x 4
plus how long it took me to get home. which was 1:47.

and my tummy is eating itself because theres no food in the house....aaargh.

today i am 76% healthy. as opposed to 53% yesterday. just roughly. yeh so i managed to eat today. which probs is why im not so tired......might go to the gym or something tomorrow, see how i'm feeling :)

gym on the way home from work. pretty much destroyed my shoulder yesterday when i stacked it down some stairs, so that kinda limited what i could do. wandered by indro on the way home for some ridiculously cheap subway (i love knowing people).

and now i need to finish my crim essay :(

i was just gonna go for a run because i still felt like crap after a crazy weekend, but adam forced me to go to the gym with him. probably so he could laugh at me, but it was good motivation anyway.

decided the ride wasn't enough and also seeing as im paying for it i should go to the gym. which i ended up enjoying even though i pretty much had to drag myself there, but it was good :)

5 min rowing, ~30 weights, 10 running.
