Orienteering race 41:55 [4] * 7.7 km (5:27 / km)

street o in sunnybank...it was fun...i stacked it and split my knee but it didnt really hurt...krystal beat me by 3 seconds that was annoying...

rode around my normal loop only backwards (coz theres more traffic then when i normally ride and its safer backwards) at a reasonable speed.

did ok...overshot the 1st control and stuffed up 3rd...

anyways overall it was pretty fun...im pissed off that i got sick coz i did so much training and stuff and now im all unfit again :(

aus champs...completely stuffed them up couldnt concentrate at all and didnt feel too good...managed to stuff up controls walking...

wandered around at the model ran a little bit but my knees were really sore so i didnt want to do too much

sprint in york twas lots of fun! one stupid route choice, probably cost me about 30 seconds and 3 places... i think i couldve done it about 2 minutes faster if i wasnt getting over being sick. i came 11th, 7th australian (2nd qlder!) so yeah did ok
